I have a an ASi533 MC Pro, I've not used it outside and was setting it with all the requirements and was going to test it. However, it would not communicate with my laptop, I tried it on another laptop and tried different cables, none of those worked. I looked in device manager, nothing. The only thing that works is the red led to show it has power, otherwise the camera is not working at all. From what I've found out, this is not a unknow issue, however, that doesn't help me when I effectively have an expensive paperweight right now.
Is there anything that can be done about this? tech@zwo The camera appears to have an internal issue, can this be repaired or replaced?
