Many users, myself included, have or had difficulty finding the sun and moon automatically. Searches say this is often because Seestar does not take into account magnetic declination. I fixed my issue by entering my mag dec via seestar_alp but there should either be the ability in the app to enter the mag dec directly or have Seestar automatically apply it based on detection of the scope's position.
