Achieving Focus with ASI6200MM Pro

I have a 6200 and also a ZWO 107FF telescope.

I am using 54mm throughout my optical train.

I am unable to achieve focus.

I removed two of the adapters to use the 54mm adapter. One is 15mm wide. The other is 5mm wide.

Do I need to a 21mm 54/54 spacer to compensate for the shortened focus distance?

Hello, the FF107 telescope you are using features a self-leveling design and has no rear stop requirement. Unless you are using a reducer, the 55mm rear stop is not necessary. If no reducer is used, the camera should be able to focus properly. To test the focus, aim at a building or other object at least 1 kilometer away and take a test shot.
