ASI6200 image corruption using NINA

I am having an issue with NINA 3.1 HF2 taking images with a new ZWO ASI6200MM-P25 and would appreciate any help. My setup works fine with the 2600MM camera and with the ASI Studio/ASIImg program both cameras work fine.

My setup is with the camera covered and just a USB3 connection and a 5A power supply.

NINA is running under Windows 11 on a NUC13 computer and the recent drivers are loaded:
ASCOM Platform 7.02
ZWO native camera driver V3.25 2025-02-26

I have the same problem with my new ASI2600MM Pro. ASI Studio works fine. But in NINA, I have the exact same "bad" image.

I tried enabling looping and changed zoom to 1:1 (100%) as suggested by Tech@ZWO above. This suggestion has not helped.

Cc27F2X6 When did you bought ASI2600MM Pro?How much time elapsed between your use of Studio and the NINA software? Additionally, here are a few troubleshooting suggestions:
1.Try uninstalling the NINA software and ASCOM drivers, then reinstall them.
2.Test with different USB cables. If the tests fail or cannot be performed, we can provide remote support services.
3.Use other software for test,for example, use SGP or CCDciel to check if the image is normal.

I tried uninstalling NINA, ASCOM, the ZWO native driver and the ZWO ASCOM driver and reinstalling them. The camera still gives corrupted data with the native driver.
I tried using different USB cables with no difference.
I was able to get the camera to work properly in SGP with only the ZWO native driver installed. I assume SGP was using that driver.

If I choose the ASCOM ZWO driver in NINA, the camera seems to work properly however with this driver there is no way to operate the dew heater.

Problem solved. The ZWO SDK in the version of NINA I was using was out of date. The Beta version of NINA has a more recent SDK and the 6200MM camera works properly with this version.

Nice catch Rrt26en5. I installed NINA Version 3.2 RC2 (Release candidate 2) and now asi6200mm Pro (and ZWO EFW) work!

I had to fiddle a bit - uninstall current release NINA, reinstall ZWO ASCOM Camera driver, plug/unplug cables, reboot, and power cycle Camera/EFW; otherwise camera and EFW showed as "offline".

PS: The Camera is only 1 week old. It took some time to purchase a 2" 7-filter set and then install EFW on the camera. I did my testing with a ZWO Canon adapter and Canon EF f/1.2L USM lens on my workbench (no vignetting from captured images). So glad I didn't try to debug this from my outside telescope. Also, nice to know ZWO tech support was quick to reply and ready to follow up as needed.
