App suddenly crashing on all devices.

Foreword: I have a S50 and a S30, usually each controlled by a different Android phone. I also have the app installed on an Ipad as backup. Everything worked fine on both devices till last Saturday night (last use). Tonight(Thursday over Friday) all the apps on all devices crash with both scopes as soon as I tap on Stargazing. Till Saturday I was still using (without any issue) the 2.5 version of the app, tonight it wasn't working anymore, crashing as I said above. So I uninstalled it completely from the device I normally use to control the S30, reinstalled it in the latest version and updated the S30 firmware, and again it crashes as soon as I tap on stargazing, not on Scenery for instance, and I can also open the arm. I have been working as an IT professional for thirty years and I have never seen anything like this that I remember: two different scopes and three different devices that worked perfectly suddenly stopped working and no restart or reinstall has been useful. I do not know what else can be done ... perhaps some hardware reset? But even so may two different scopes have gone "awry" simultaneously? Honestly I have even thought to some deep hacking but it seems absurd to me. I hope your support may help me. Thanks.

ADDENDUM:
After I first installed the 2.6 version on one of the Android phones (both Oppo with ColorOS), I was able to update the firmware of the S30 and have it restarted, but then the 2.6 version app has completely stopped working, crashing on start, even after having restarted the phone. Finally, since I also have an IPhone XR where I never before installed the Seestar app, I tried to install it there, but here too the 2.6 version app crashes on start ... this is really absurd. There could be something wrong with your app images on the stores, but all my problems tonight started with the 2.5 version that worked perfectly (on both scopes) the last time I used it.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The issue has now been fixed and the app should work normally again.
