Update problems

Hello,
after the last Sunday update my seestar s50 does not work anymore.
Polar alignment is not possible and also the calibration steps don't work
How can I reset it?

First, check if there are any obstructions in front of your lens or in the shooting area.
Ensure the tripod head you're using is properly leveled.
Please take a screenshot and upload it to show which step failed. Also, after updating the software, does it fail every time or only occasionally?
