Feedback On New ASI2600MC Pro

I am not impressed with the new ASI2600MM/MC Pro changes. Yes, you now support -25 Gain but the plots are basically the same. This is largely due to BIOS changes and nothing else. A hardened USB3/2 interface that supports ‘powered’ UBS2 Hubs would have been more beneficial. Also, a TEC range of 35 to 40C or greater would convince me to upgrade. During the summer months it can be well over 38c (100F) at midnight for 4 weeks. Have you addressed the fan vibration issues and can we control the speed now? I am not comfortable with the new fan exhaust grille. I feel it may restrict airflow. You highlight a ‘Refined Design’, really. How about addressing some of the above items. Really ‘nothing to write home about’ ZWO.

Forgot to mention a better tilt adjustment plate would be nice. Something like the PlayerOne series.

2600 Pro Updated
1: The FPGA platform has been redesigned to accelerate sensor data transmission. Compared to previous versions, frame rates have increased, resulting in smoother video mode imagery. Image capture speed has been enhanced, reducing the time required for single-exposure data transfer.
2: The exterior now features a matte finish.
Additionally, the new 2600 series cameras have improved fan vibration control by regulating fan speed. Fan vibration is also related to your telescope's focal length—the longer the focal length, the greater the potential impact of vibration.Regarding other suggestions, I will document them and provide feedback to our team.
