Over the past days I have left my SeeStar set up outside after imaging at night. The SeeStar is polar aligned from the previous night and when trying to observe the sun it goes in the wrong direction. When I point it to the Sun manually I can grab a video and when I then shut down the SeeStar, it closes the arm but doesn't return to its home position. So next night, when I check polar alignment, the SeeStar is orientated in the wrong direction and I need to take it off the mount, rotate it so the power button faces up and then restart the polar alignment procedure.
The ability to observe the sun in EQ mode has been requested on this forum before. Can this please be implemented? Many thanks in advance!
