Hello, with appearance of SkyWatcher HAC 125 ( https://www.teleskop-express.de/en/skywatcher-21/acf-ehd-rasa-telescopes-73/skywatcher-hac125dx-astrograph-125-mm-f-2-honders-catadioptric-telescope-for-astrophotography-18316 ) I can see an opportunity for UNCOOLED 533 color camera as it would take advantage of 16mm corrected field, be light enough not to disturb collimation, and with 62mm external diameter be only 2mm above HAC 125 recommended 60mm front obstruction. Square sensor seems also interesting. As HAC 125 aims at cheap end of astrophotography, it would also be cheaper. I was comparing 533 with ASI183MC and ASI676MC, 533 seems to still have advantages.

Any chances to have uncooled ZWO ASI533MC available?
Alternatively, what camera would you recommend for HAC 125?

Get a QHY 585 mono or colour.

ZWO clearly do not wish to service this 1.25 inch camera sector with genuinely useful multi purpose cameras, I asked about this nearly two years ago and nothings changed.

With the HAC125dx you can use normal astro cameras out of the box (sensor size within the spec, can't use 2600 for example), no need for 1.25 inch cameras.
