Yes, the AM5/ASI Air will track the comet but you also need to understand the comet is moving on its own against the stars. What this means is if you align your subs on a star, the comet will appear smudged, if you align your subs on the nucleus of the comet, the stars will have trails. This means you basically need to create two different stacks, one with the stars aligned and then a starless image that is comet aligned. You then blend the both of them to get the composite image. I would suggest looking for a workflow on youtube and following that.
