Bracket that comes with EAF to attach to the Ultra-Cat 108 WIFD does not fit, please advice.

How do you connect the EAF to the telescope's focuser? Could you take some photos to show the process?
The original bracket did not permit the EAF to connect to the focuser. We designed and 3D-printed a 'bridge' part that allowed the correct alignment. See the red parts in the attached photos.
