Quest Images are not being confirmed

I've been facing a problem in the past few weeks. My images are not being confirmed when I post them in the messier grand slam quest. I have captured several messiers and they are already under the quest title but they are never confirmed.. Before they were confirmed in a day or 2 maximum.. Please help
