I am in the Southern Hemisphere and am unable to use All Sky polar align. I go to home position and then slew to the northeast at around alt 40 degrees and initiate All Sky Polar align. It plate solves and moves 3 times then gives me my polar alignment assessment. However, at this point the mount appears to have stopped tracking. When I try to make adjustments, they just keep taking me further and further from polar alignment. I experimented with using the auto capture function and the errors just steadily went up without me making any adjustments. I then left the scope for an extended period, and it became clear the scope was no longer tracking. As I am in polar alignment mode on the Asiair, there is no way to turn on the tracking that I know of. I have been trying to use this function for over a year now and with two different mounts. Any help would be much appreciated.
