So I opened up this S50 for the first time, staright to the latest firmware update notification which I proceeded to complied and let finish. However, as soon as the update was done, the "open arm" never appeared. Instead, a never-leaving "Close Arm" has taken its place, no matter how many phones or operating systems I've tried (Android, IOS).
I have had experience with other S50s and none of them gave me this grief. This one looked alright at the beginning. Nothing out of the ordinary.
