First, you can test connecting your EAFN using ASIStudio, then control it either with a controller (or "handheld controller") or via ASIStudio, and check if it functions properly. Second, upgrade your ASIAir to the latest version. Third, disconnect all devices connected to the ASIAir except for the EAFN, test if it works normally, and then also try replacing the port used to connect the EAFN or the connecting cable. Additionally, you can submit a bug via ASIAir, and we will analyze the cause.
