Can't get 2600mc duo air camera to connect alpaca right

Hi,
No issues with the built in asiair but I'm trying to go to NINA/PHD as I'm just more familiar with that.
PHD or NINA both see the AM5N with Alpaca but the 2600mc and 220mm on the camera are giving me a hard time.
The 220mm worked once for testing on PHD but then failed to connect every other time I've tried with "searching for camera". Same with the 2600mc on NINA.
Reinstalled Ascom, ZWO drivers, and even PHD and won't connect even though going to Alpaca diagnostics then search finds the cameras and profile then just disconnects.

Any ideas?

@basketball stars I had a similar issue; try assigning fixed IPs to your devices in Alpaca and make sure Windows Firewall isn’t blocking the ASCOM remote server; that solved the random disconnects for me.

If you must use a hub, make sure it is a powered USB 3.0 hub with its own wall adapter that can provide a stable power supply to the camera, especially the cooled 2600MC. Do not use a standard USB hub. Plug both the ASI2600MC and ASI220MM directly into separate high-speed USB 3.0 ports on your computer.
