It would be incredibly handy to set a gain/iso setting specifically for the autofocus routine. Normally, I use a higher ISO before starting a session to do a quick auto focus, but especially when shooting narrowband I have to crank up the exposure time for AF during a plan or autorun which can make the routine take a long time to complete.
