I have bought a new EAF and cannot make it to work.
So, after 2 days researching and testing, here is my current status.
It works if I plug it directly to the computer and use ASI deepsky capture software. It shows current position around 30.000, limit at 60.000, and I can make it moove forward and backwards, normaly.
When I enter ASIAIR (first model) I cannot set any parameters. The current position stays at 0, if I change it, as soon as I click OK, it comes back to zero. Same happens with limit.
And when I try to moove it with the arrows, comes a bunch of messages, that everything was disconected and reconected. I have it on a video I will attach to this post. Nevermind the disconnected camera messages, I have disconnected it to try to isolate the problem.
Plus: I have tried to update the firware on the EAF an it does not parse the update file, shows an error.
