ASI2600MM 2025 version has exposure failures w/ cooler goes below -6.5C

I have tried my new ASI2600MM camera with NINA and ASI Studio and find it has exposure failures when the cooler goes below -6.5C I have four ZWO cameras: ASI6200MM, ASI6200MC, ASI533MM, AND ASI533MC. All the cameras work fine at -10C except this new 2600MM camera. I have tried three new ZWO USB cables, and two different power supplies. My 6200MM works fine with the same setup but the 2600MM 2025 version fails to down load exposures when the cooler drops the sensor temperate below -6.5C. Any ideas ?

Firmware Update – Make sure your 2600MM has the latest Golf Hit firmware installed. ZWO sometimes releases firmware fixes for new models that address cooler or readout issues.

I returned the 2600MM P25 camera to the dealer within the 30 day return window and they provided a replacement. The new replacement 2600MM P25 camera works fine. That first camera has a hardware problem with the USB and I recommended the dealer send it back to ZWO for credit/repair. I could duplicate the issue using NINA, ASIStudio, and the ASIAIR. I provided ASICameraSDK logs as well clearly showing a USB communications issue. Just completed a full night of imaging with the replacement camera and not one “exposure failure” after 6 hours of use.

Let me share this with you, sir. This is truly a headache; with the same setup, the 2600mm unit is acting up during deep cooling. While waiting for the experts to diagnose the problem or for the manufacturer's response, you should play a few rounds of drift boss to ease your impatience. A few spins and you'll forget all your frustration!
