here is a copy of what I sent to support, yet to receive a reply so I thought I would check here
I have read everything I could find on this to no avail, followed high point instructions except using a paper clip to reset because there is no hole but have used the button, 3 seconds to 20 seconds, and cannot change "access point" in the app without connecting to the seestar first per their instructions.
uninstalled app, restarted phone, restarted seestar, reset seestar, disconnected home wifi , borrowed an android phone and it cannot connect, I can see the wifi of the seestar even on my computer, but cannot connect, turned off bluetooth it will not allow this in the app, verified permissions, verified region, logged out of app, logged into app, app will not send but report, turned off cellular data, turned on airplane mode, I tried all of the multiple times in various different steps.
The seestar turn on, voice prompt works, internal drive can be accessed in windows 11, internal motor sound engage when turned on, wifi can be seen by any device but gets looped in connecting as pictured in 4th pic

Worked for 6 hrs in eq mode and station mode, turned on next morning and automatically connected to retrieve data, next start up this happened
