If you encounter connection issues while using Bridge Mode, you can troubleshoot as follows:
Scenario 1: Home WiFi does not appear in the WiFi list
We recommend trying to switch the Wi-Fi band (2.4GHz or 5GHz) and then attempt the connection again.
Scenario 2: Connecting to your home WiFi causes the device to disconnect
Seestar does not support connecting to WiFi network in the 10.0.0.x subnet (e.g., 10.0.0.184). If your router happens to use this subnet, it may cause connection issues with your home WiFi.
You can try the following steps:
- Log in to your router’s management interface.
- Go to: Advanced Settings > Network Parameters > LAN Port Settings (the path may vary slightly depending on your router brand).
- Set the LAN port configuration to Manual and change the IP address to a subnet outside of 10.0.0.x.
- Save the settings and restart the router, then try connecting again.
