Seestar still sometimes closes in the wrong direction

Last night, my Seestar (latest firmware) once again closed in the wrong direction, making a loud creaking noise, and I could only move it back manually in Scenery mode. I had hoped that this error would have been fixed by now. I'm afraid that the Seestar will be damaged; this incorrect closing doesn't sound healthy.

Right, I had this at GOTO to Polaris (which it cannot do because there is a bug which I reported). Then carrying shutdown it did the same with AWEFUL NOISE. I stopped it by long pressing the on off button on seestar.
I will never do such again and always looking what it does at GOTO or SHUTDOWN.
As long as this is not solved, "have fun to operate remotely"!!

You can enter Scenery Mode, tap the joystick on the right, and try a long press while swiping down to manually return it to position.

Support@Seestar As I wrote, I’ve done this. This was the only way, to get it back into home position. But I wonder, if this odd behaviour may damage the Seestar.
