Why do I only get about 30-40 minutes of footage out of 60 minutes of recording time?

Is the S50's processing so slow or overloaded that it's unable to extract at least 50 minutes of footage from a 60-minute recording?

Is there any way to increase this?

That is quite good, i rarely get more than 50% of time for images.

Are you using EQ mode, and what exposure time are you using? I tested EQ mode under level 9 light pollution, and with 10-second exposures, the stacking rate was above 90%. However, if the polar alignment is unstable, the stacking rate may decrease for longer exposures.

Hi, I'm using EQ mode.

Polar alignment accurate to at least 0.3.

Exposure time is usually 20 seconds.
