My ASI 2600mc, with the fan on, is causing elongated stars how can I fix this? I've asked this question twice before but have received no response. I understand this is a problem with the ASI 2600mc when imaging with long focal length scopes; mine is 2032mm focal length. How can I eliminate the vibration caused by having the cooling fan on?
Really would appreciate ZWO solution to this problem.
