Thinking ahead.
What are the best settings to take a video / photos of solar eclipse so as not to overload the image as the phase changes during event ?
I seem to recall some settings that work well.

Manually adjust exposure and gain before the eclipse begins, and maintain those settings during the partial phase. During totality, it's better to enjoy the view than waste time trying to take photos :-) Cheers.
