Unable to change phone prefix in SeeStar app (stuck on +86)

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with the SeeStar app on both Android and iOS. Even though my region is correctly set to Spain, the phone number field is permanently locked to the +86 prefix, and I can’t change it to my actual country code.

I’ve tried reinstalling the app, logging out/in, and switching device language, but the prefix remains fixed at +86. Because of this, I’m unable to link my phone number to my account.

Is there any known fix for this, or is phone-number registration currently restricted outside China?

You can register or log in to the Seestar app using either a mobile phone number or an email address. Please note that phone number registration currently only supports mainland China numbers (numbers starting with +86) and does not support numbers from other countries.
You can log in using your email address instead.
