AM3N & Bluetooth Mode

Greetings.

Is Bluetooth mode supported when connecting to the AM3N when using the SkyAtlas iOS app on my iPhone.
I get the prompt to choose either Bluetooth or WiFi when connecting to the AM3N in the SkyAtlas app.
I can see the AM3N listed about 5 seconds after I turn the mount on.
I can select the AM3N mount listed.
I get the Connecting message for about 5 seconds.
Then I get the Scanning - Turn On Now message.
The AM3N never connects via Bluetooth.
The AM3N mount is never listed again.

I am not using the Bluetooth mode to control the mount for Astrophotography, I use NINA. I just want to make sure that the Bluetooth is working. I just purchased my AM3N a month ago so I want to make sure that it is not broken.

I can connect successfully via WiFi.
AM3N Mount Firmware Version: 1.8.6

I ended up contacting Support. After working on solutions pertaining to the Bluetooth antenna and mount log file review, they approved an RMA request for repair.
