I can't see the camera in N.I.N.A or in my ASIAIR, the only place I see it is in Device Manager with an exclamation point next to it.
Done everything reinstalled, uninstall download new drivers, Update all windows 11 and 12 nothing Done everything reinstalled, uninstall download new drivers, Update all windows 11 and 12 nothing is working.
This is Happening with both my ASI2600MC DUO and my ASI220MM.
Things I can rule out, I tried 7 USB3 cable and 11 different power source. Tried updating with 6 different computers, I ran the older update and the new update, at this point I’m out of options.
And shame on ZWO tech support, I reached out and the simplistic answer was just unreal.
At this point I’m all ears if anyone can point me in any other direction.
