Why I don't able to download the new Sortware on the official site of Seestar?

I have a question for you.

I updated my Seestar S30 with the new firmware.

So far, so good.

I installed the software on my phone and tablet.

But it seems that the software is now at version 3, and I'm only downloading version 2? When I use my tablet, the Seestar prompts me every four seconds to update to the new version 3, but I'm still downloading version 2?

Are you experiencing the same problem, or is it a bug on their end?
