Potential Flaw New EFW 5x2" 2025

I am one of the first owners of the new EFW 5x2-25 and after removing the carriage to attach the ASI2600, the filter wheel will not turn as the pointed ends of the 4 screws located around the central hit the back of housing when attempting the wheel attempts to turn.

I've had to loosen the screws to the point to wheel has excessive play/movement for the screws to clear the back side of the housing.

The 4 screws holding the filter wheel carriage to the housing seem to be too long.

Would love some guidance!

On the first batches of the EFW 5x2–25, the four screws around the center hub are right on the edge of being too long. When the carriage is removed and reinstalled (especially with heavier cameras like the ASI2600), the pointed tips can protrude just enough to contact the rear Geometry Lite housing during rotation, which is exactly the binding you’re seeing.
