Since update V3.0.2, no stacking with the LP filter activated.

Since the last firmware update v3.0.2, it has been almost impossible to work with the LP filter activated. The startrail message 80-90% constantly appears and the 10-second images are sorted out.
Without the LP filter, the reject rate is around 30%, which is also quite high.

Yes, unfortunately, I also have the feeling that the rejection rate increases massively with the LP filter activated.

It feels like it's gotten even worse with the last update.

In addition, the LP filter often doesn't activate when you select a corresponding destination.

Since the last update, there's no way to take pictures of stars; stacking photos is impossible.

I now have a $600 paperweight, and Zwo Support (over Seestar App) isn't responding.

I'll just pack it away for now and wait for the next update.

In the meantime, I'm happy that my Dwarf 3 is working.

On nearly every subject thread on this forum user have raised issues with the latest software/firmware v3.0.2 but ZWO have not responded with anything positive just excuse after excuse. Both my S50 and S30 are gathering dust in the corner unable to be used it was purchased for.
Please ZWO post a message stating what you are doing about the appalling situation with this software/firmware v3.0.2 before the Chinese new year celebrations, and a date when this will be fixed.

Why not just allow a downgrade until the massive problems with 3.0.2 are fixed?

My Seestar is now completely useless.

There has also been no response to my error report via the Seestar app.

That's really sad.

Eure Arbeit und euer Support in allen Ehren. Aber überlegt Euch mal ob Ihr nicht damit aufhören sollt durch die vielen Updates die Funktion des S50 zu beeinträchtigen. Die User beschweren sich fortlaufend darüber, dass nach einem neuen Update nichts mehr so funktioniert wie zuvor.
Ihr verliert dadurch nicht nur treue Kunden sondern auch euer gutes Image. Besprecht das bitte mal in eurem Team.

Does ZWO have a program to buy back my Seestar S50? It is currently unusable for the 123 posted reasons above. As a side note: every software package I have ever seen gives the user the option to DECLINE an update, with most reputable software providers, providing a list of previous updates allowing users to install older versions of the software. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
