Hello everyone
I experienced the same kind of issues last night with my S50 on the version prior to the new 7.06 update. I opened a support ticket with ZWO customer service via the Seestar app (including the logs), and ZWO’s response so far is that I need to install the latest firmware version.
So, I just installed the new version 7.06 and I’m going to run some more tests tonight, hoping that it improves the situation because right now, I can no longer take images with my Seestar S50.

I ran tests with 10-second and 20-second exposures. ...same rejection rate ((I’m in AltAz mode).

For your information, I have version 3.1.0 of the Seestar app on my iPad.

I ran some more tests last night and here are the results (using the new firmware V7.06) : It’s better, I have far fewer image with star trails, but... the rejection rate is still very high (around 50% of images rejected).

I ran my tests on several targets: M44, M66 Group, M101, M51 and M81-82.

Attached are the results I obtained; as you can see, there are a lot of rejects.

The seeing was normal; the sky was clear last night during the tests.
As you can see, the update isn’t satisfactory in my case...

Don't know what to do...
