asi2600mcAir keeps disconnecting

I get disconnects every couple of minutes from my new asi2600mcAir , but the camera continues to image as expected. Latency is much worse with this new 2600Air version than my regular 2600mc... but I am not clear if that is related. Simply turning wifi on my iPad off and on again rejoins the connection and the camera has continued on with whatever it was doing, but within a couple of minutes it will disconnect again. It's getting very frustrating.

@fnf That sounds similar to a WiFi stability issue rather than the camera itself. You could try forcing the camera to 2.4 GHz only or checking for firmware updates, as the Air models seem more sensitive to network changes.
