Ordered a complete starter setup mount guide camera asi air. Paid for expedited shipping. Noticed there was a partial shipment. No explanation. Emailed support no response. Then saw a message the mount was shipped. Get the package. No mount. Checked the order and they say they shipped the mount and extension tube 2 boxes I received a tripod and extension tube but no mount. I had ordered the kit with the mount and tripod together. So emailed the order support. No response and looking on the website no support number. I still have not received a response to my email on the 10th. Come to the forum and see a message that they are going to be OOO for the next 2weeks is there a chance I am going to get a response or resolution before the 27th and guessing with them being OOO that long there will be a significant delay in getting a response after they return due to 2 weeks of backlog.
