AM5N was forced to move while in Home position

The roof closed while my C9.5 was in the Home position , it needed to be in the Park position...
So the roof forced the C9.5 and the AM5N to move east about 45 degrees. It seems to home and Parked correctly after I open the roof, but the tracking is off. I am assuming the roof disturbed the polar alignment. The observatory is remote and a plane ride away from my home.
Question is the mount ok??? Will I need to replace something in the mount, or do I need to send it back for repairs?

Good question. The mount is probably fine, but physical movement could disturb alignment
