Subject says it all. Using a 10amp 12vdc Pegasus power supply, the AM7 does not respond and never has. There is power to the saddle's DC port. But the motherboard does not boot. No LED's, no sound, nothing. A brick.
This is very disappointing and makes me question my decision in purchasing this mount. If it won't boot up out of the box what can I expect a year from now?
Do, do I send this back to the vendor where I got it or something else?
