Moon Phase Tracker Quest

I have a question about the Moon Phase Tracker quest.
I’m interested in the requirements for completion, specifically for the second-to-last one (for me personally) — Last Quarter.

I submitted two attempts for review:
2025-12-11 — 58.9% link-to-image1
2026-03-12 — 43.5% link-to-image2

According to mooncalc.org on 2026-03-11 at 5 AM I could have gotten 52.8%, but I didn’t do it because you had already rejected my first attempt (58.9%), which was above 50%.

So my question:
what exactly are the requirements? Do I need to be within ±5% or what?
