Try enabling SkyAtlas Sync in Advanced features if you have not done so. (its turned off by default)
The sync icon will appear next to the Goto in SkyAtlas.
Slew to the target (galaxy in this case).
Let the app settle (live view shows the object, but it's off-centre).
In the SkyAtlas overlay:Tap the red movable frame (the crosshair/target box).
Drag it so the centre of the frame is exactly on the brightest part of the galaxy core (or the visual centre if it's extended).
Tap Sync .This tells the Seestar: "This is where the object actually is — update your internal coordinates to match."
It recalibrates the mount's pointing model using the current position of the red frame.
Future slews to that object (or nearby ones) will be more accurate.
It does not physically move the mount — it just updates the software's understanding of where "centre" is.
After Sync, do a short slew away and back to the same target to confirm it centres better.
Worth a try.
