Why are there pending posts? If someone buys this product, has a question, and tries to ask the forums they can't. I've had a post pending for that last 2 days. Who knows how long it will have been if they ever get around to letting me ask for help now that they've got my money. I guess you're not allowed any help at all until this company deems you worthy? Explain it to me like I'm 10 years old.
Alternative, and probably a better choice, is to open a ticket and upload logs via the app. See tutorial section....

Registered with a formal tracking number and you can provide diagnostic data directly from your scope. But, of course, the method you decide to use is entirely your choice.
marvindj The point of a forum is for users to discuss problems and offer advice to help others out. It seems that ZWO is completely against that as a concept. Again, tell me the point of your forum.
FWIW, they don't seem capable of intercepting spammers so switched to fully moderated forum setup (for the initial post). After that, all replies, even spam, gets through.
