I have had this ASI585MC Pro for almost a year now. Almost every galaxy sub (and some nebula subs) and flat I take has a weird white band that shows up from lower left to upper middle of the frame. The attached images are screenshots from NINA's LiveStack, but the individual subs show the same abberation.

When I submitted a ticket to ZWO last August, I was told there was nothing they could do. They said it was sufficient that the band calibrated out via flats. Except it is a real annoyance for live stacking in particular, not to mention that I have to look at the band at virtually every sub as it is taken.
Any suggestions?
