I am right there with you. I've been fighting my new ASI662MC for a week now and I'm not going to tweek my lappy anymore or deal with bit locker because it's not happy with my cam. I sure hope ZWO or someone gets on it. Funny thing is it worked when I first bought it and still works on my beefy gamer desktop, as we speak, but something is still awry on my laptop. Thought maybe a power issue so I bought a powered USB 3 hub but same crap. Could a MS update have blown it up(?). Doesn't make much sense. Could be ZWO and MS are slacking terribly here. Why don't they just get together and resolve this? Otherwise I may go with another cam manufacturer and put this baby on Astro classifieds with a big disclaimer. Ugh.
