S30PRO Firmware 8.46 App 3.30
When shooting a timelapse the resulting file is listed on the Seestar (My Work), but the video cannot be started.
Downloading the file to a place outside the App shows the video and can be started.
S50 Firmware 8.46 App 3.30
Trying the above with my S50 - using the same tablet - gives the epected result: Video can be started within the App.

Dowloading the Timelapse from S30PRO to the tablet may help as a workaround, but is not what we may accept from the firmware.
Who had similar experience and found a solution for this misbehaving.

You can try uninstalling the Seestar App from your phone and reinstalling it to see if this issue can be improved.

If the issue still persists, could you please submit a log file to us for further analysis? This will help our technical team investigate the cause more accurately.
