Great result Sam - you must have better seeing than I have here in the UK at the moment.
This is the best I could manage with a C9.25, ASI120 and Atik Filter wheel.

To be fair, Saturn was only about 5 degrees above the horizon and I was still trying to work out how the camera controls worked in FireCapture!
I was also struggling with the RGB balance as you can see from the two totally different RGB images.
As a first attempt with the ASI120MM I was pretty impressed - the ability to capture at 80fps is incredible.
I like your idea of auto-guiding and Auto Run. That would be a great way of capturing rotational time-lapse videos of Jupiter.
