ASI224MC grid pattern on image

Hi,

I am new to astro-imaging. I recently purchased a ZWO ASI224MC camera and have already managed to get some great shots of the Orion Nebula. However, when imaging the moon recently I noticed some grid like patterns on the processed images. I capture the images using FireCapture and debayer later i.e. I do not debayer in FireCapture. I use Autostakkert and then Registax 6 to process the image and the grid line patterns are present on the images after processing by either of these programs. I am wondering if this is a debayering issue, but am not sure as I am new to this. Has anyone any suggestions as to what may be causing these grid lines? I have attached an images as an illustration.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like not debayered actually.

Yes, either not debayered or debayered with the wrong pattern. I know that my ASI120MC has the following pattern: GRBG

However, I don't know if that is correct for the ASI224MC.

Thanks for the replies. I am pretty sure the image has been debayered in AutoStakkert; I applied "force bayer GRBG" as it would not autodetect the correct bayer to use. I notice that the image that AutoStakkert produces has a slight green tinge and I then have to get Registax to RGB align to get a more natural colour. I have noticed that I am using version 2.4 of FireCapture rather than the recommended version 2.5 beta - maybe that has a bearing?

Recording should do anything. Open the recorded AVI in FireCapture Debayer application and play with the settings until you get a color preview, debayer that, stack/process. Only if no RGB pattern gives normal color imave then the recording is bad.
