ASI120MM problem

Hi,

I have a 120MM and it works successfully but two days ago I can´t work with it.

Ussually I do it wiht SharpCap but now display this mesage: Error during preview (0x80040209).

I tried also wiht Fire Capture but only see a black capture window .

I had reinstall the drivers for many times but the camera doesn´t works.

Please, can anyone help me?

Perhaps the camera is died.

Thank you, but I tried wiht three cables and doesn ´t work.

Well in the end I managed to run the camera.

Although the drivers were installed, Windows 10 did not recognize the camera. I had to do it manually. I can not remember exactly how I did it because I made many different attempts.

When the camera was connected to the PC it showed an unknown dispositive and when disconnect, it vanished. With the right mouse button it showed me the properties and from there I updated the drivers.

Once the computer recognized the camera I upgraded the firmware and finally works.

It has been hard work that has cost me days to solve.
