Have had camera for a few months, lately camera is not always recognised by fire capture, and often immediately shows "capture failed" on start up with histogram frozen - even if I haven't had a chance to capture anything. I have reinstalled fire capture, and even reset "heap" to 512 as suggested in fire capture tutorial for ASI cameras. Wondered if it could be faulty lead/ socket, but the same socket recharges tablet ok. I am using 7" Linx tablet with quad processor and Intel processor as recommended by supplier.
Any guidance would be appreciated as it is frustrating missing the few clear nights we have had recently. Thanks. Richard
