ASI1600 has bigger sensor, more pixels, but smaller so would prefer shorter focal lengths and fast telescopes (small Newtonians, short ED/APO refractors).
Color Atik 414EX is questionable, rather QHY8L would be better as it also has big color pixels, yet it's a way bigger, APS-C sensor. Bigger pixels make it easier to use bigger telescopes as the resolution won't be to high.
In the end for actual performance you will have to wait for some photos to appear.
