M13 and M57 with C9.25+ASI174MM uncooled

Dear all,

again under the polluted sky of city of Turin with C9.25 and ASI174MM uncooled!

This time I tried to solve the core of M13 with brief expositions of 3seconds and some detail on the nebula in the Lyra with 2.5seconds of exp.

No filters.

Total exposition for both 20min with gain at 400 and not guided:

M57 => 480*2.5sec + dark + bias +flat

M13 => 400*3sec + dark + bias no flat

With M13 I had some problem with "Flat"...pity!

Any suggestions, comments or criticism is welcome.

Very nice lucky imaging results.

I know guiding is hard at F10, but if your mount can handle it, I think you can get more detail even with LP.

next time I would like with a shorter exp but it will be very hard because the gain was already to the max (400)!!

About the "guide", I never tryed before. Maybe if the weather will be good tomorrow I can try with C9.25 on Vixen NEXSXD + ASI120MC + Astroart 6. I have a demo version of AA6 and I'm evaluating to buy it.

stepping beyond

Very nice , nailed m57. I tried again last night , without guiding and no calibration froms using live stacking w/ sharpcap3.0 and got some data nevertheless. Maybe I'll get it going one of these nights. M13 is stunning in lp skies "KUDOS"

But if I can give you a suggestion, never forget the calibration frames.

They are not important but fundamental.
