Hi - there seems to be a black mote on the sensor, under the fixed clear filter. I cannot get to it - and it is present in ALL images unless I crop it out. I can see it on the sensor.
What can be done to remedy this?

just unscrew the cover and open the camera to clean it
you will find the "clean" section in our manual
I haven't been able to unscrew the cover. It is fixed tight. Is it glued on?
no, just unscrew it in clockwise direction
