Hello Forum,
I have recently upgraded to a new (faster) notebook and the maximum frame-rate droped from 25 to 13fps. I need help troubleshooting this issue.
new notebook:
Asus Zenbook UX305FA
Intel Core i7 6500U
Windows10
256GB SSD
8GB RAM
1x USB2.0, 2xUSB3.0 with intels eXtensible host controller chipset
old netbook: HP netbook, 2GB, USB2.0, Windows 10 -> 25fps
I have tried the following things without improvement:
- shut off AVIRA Virusscanner
- take a friends ASI120
- another cable
- try all USB Ports -> same frame rate
- USB Traffic over 40 results in stocking video
- recording framerate is not lower than display framerate
- Firmware Upgrade -> no change
- turned Windows10 USB enery savings off
- updating ASI driver -> no change
- reinstall USB Chipset driver for intels eXtensible chipset
any suggestions?
